Nothing but perfection. Excellent spacious rooms with (importantly) great bathrooms. The staff are in top of everything, breakfast in a wonderful setting with a matching selection of delicacies. Super cool bar with a great jazzy vibe, amazing restaurant. Sad to leave it.

I stayed for a few days and I think the location was great — also the architecture and historical charm. As expected from this type of hotel, everyone was super gentle and willing to help. Breakfast (cosg some COP 130k or $30) was also very generous and delicious. I would definitely stay here again. The speak easy inside the hotel is also cool with good drinks (beers around COP 22k or $5 and drinks around COP 65k or $16). The points that are not the best are the small gym room (was packed 7AM), and I had some street noise in my room too (not sure if that applies to all rooms, but mine was exposed to the avenue - guess they should have

We stayed for five days and honestly, it started to feel like home. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and full of charm. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, which always makes a difference. The buffet breakfast was a highlight — lots of choices, great gluten-free options, and an amazing variety of fresh fruits every morning. Like some other reviews mention, there is a bit of street noise. In our case, it was more of a constant murmur of people talking outside. Not ideal — but the way the team handled it absolutely was. Once we mentioned it to the reservations desk, they quickly moved us and even upgraded us to a suite. That level of responsiveness was truly appreciated. We also booked three excursions through the hotel with Hansa Tours, and the guides were fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring. We really enjoyed spending the days with them. Now for the one area that needs attention: the tour vehicles. The first day’s car was perfectly fine. After that, though, each vehicle had some issue — and when you’re spending most of the day in a car, that matters. One had only two fixed AC/heating settings, so it was either too much or not enough until we finally gave up and opened the windows. Another had a seat stuck in an awkward position with just two options: bolt upright or leaning way back. Not exactly comfortable for a long drive. When you’re maintaining a certain class and booking full-day excursions, the vehicles should match that standard. The tours themselves were wonderful — now the cars just need to catch up

My stay here was just OK- which is kind of a let down for a FS location. The welcome was lovely and the staff were friendly. The room itself was noisy - both with street noise and noise from the hallway/lobby that carried up the stairwell. My friend required a change of rooms due to an overwhelming mold/damp smell in her room. The restaurant was fine but nothing exciting. Breakfast was great. The speakeasy concept is well intentioned but poorly executed. The drinks are nice but the service was comically slow. When the bartender was making a drink and we questioned the ingredients due to an allergen, the bartender dismissed our concerns despite us finding an ingredient list that showed the concerning ingredient and then he insisted that we pay for the drink anyway.

We were kindly upgraded to executive suite and the room came with a fireplace. Enjoyed the room a lot as it was spacious. Staffs were friendly as well and service was great. Lovely breakfast place with lots of fruits. Coffee and savory food options could be better. They also have gym but it’s really small.
