It doesn’t get any more authentic than this. A noisy, busy, and unmistakably local spot where you instantly feel you’ve stumbled upon a true gem. The service is genuinely warm and efficient, and the food is nothing short of outstanding—traditional dishes prepared with real care and character. I went with locals who know all the original, time-honoured places, and they confirmed what was already clear: this restaurant is full of history and charm. A memorable experience from start to finish.

It's a very warm, and kind atmosphere Italian family style local restaurant. I ordered Tortellini Pasticciati and chicken breast and my mother had seafood risotto. Food was really great and the waitress was super friendly. If you are looking for an authentic local atmosphere restaurant then I strongly recommend this place.

I can’t find the words to describe how good our experience was… The lasagna was delicious, the portion was big and the besciamella tasted great. The cotoletta alla bolognese was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I have tried cotoletta in many restaurants in Bologna and this is by far the best one I have ever had. The service was outstanding and the place is very comfortable and old-fashioned. Also the prices are very reasonable compared to other places in Bologna. I would give them 6 stars if it was possible! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good place to explore various types of classic Italian pasta 🍝 The place is lovely to gather with friends and have a nice meal. There are many tables, but it's advised to reserve before coming 🍽️ The staff was friendly and understanding. The options on the menu are vast. It would be helpful if everything were presented on a bigger menu with pictures 🥟 The time to serve the food was pretty quick, 5-10 minutes. The portions are medium to small in size, but the quality is quite good. It tasted as if home-made ✨ Recommended 💫

I came to eat here three years ago, and it used to be a historic place with good service and good food. Now the management has changed, the food is poor, and the new manager shows no respect for customers at all. It’s a shame to see how a bad manager can ruin the legacy of such a place. The potatoes tasted like they had been reheated several times, and the ragù seemed to be made with very old meat. And as a chef, I know how to tell the difference.
